Strathalbyn & District Health Service, 14 Alfred Place, Strathalbyn. This service is an initiative of the Hills Mallee Southern Region. It provides Fast-Stream Rehabilitation for residents of this region of South Australia. The rehabilitation team will assist you to become as independent as you are able. The team consist of doctors (from Strathalbyn Clinics and the Repatriation General Hospital), nurses and physiotherapists. They will work with you in a friendly and supportive environment during your recovery. Other specialist services such as occupational therapy, speech pathology and social work can be arranged if required. |
