My name is Adam and i am looking for a facility in South Aust to set up my own residential care facility. I have a cert 3, bacholor of rehabilitation, adult first aid certificate along with an impressive resume. What im looking for is someone who is maybe in the business, owns the home and wants to get out, but not sell house. I am looking for a lease of 5 years with option for another 5. I want to house aprox 30-40 residents and will run the facility with my partner who is 47 years old and has also had experience working in shelters for youth etc. She has all the office skills required. I already have staff waiting for me to find a place. Please help as i know i am capable of running one of these facilities and am over qualified to do the job im currently doing.
