ENTREES:

SPRING ROLL
Vegetables spring roll, deep fried and served with sweet plum sauce

MIANG – KUM
Roasted coconut, prawn, cashew nut garnished in lime served with ginger and betel leaves

PANDAN CHICKEN
Pieces of boneless chicken wrapped with aromatic leaf, deep fried until the skin is crispy

SNOW PEA SALAD
Salad of blanched snow pea and minced chicken tosses with shallots, roasted coconut, crushed peanut and mild spicy lemon dressing

SEA STAR
Minced chicken, prawn and squid dumpling cooked in mild curry sauce

MAIN COURSES:

BARRAMUNDI WITH GREEN MANGO SAUCE
Barramundi fillet, deep fried and topped with green mango, shallot, cashew nut, coriander and spicy lime juice

SPICY PRAWN WITH CASHEW NUT
Stir fried crispy prawn with homemade curry paste, capsicum, cashew nut and topped with crispy basil

MASAMAN BEEF CURRY
Thai Muslim style curry of beef potato cooked with curry paste and coconut milk

JASMINE RICE
