Referral
Referral to the Service is via Centrelink. However, a person wishing to access the service can do so directly and their application is referred to Centrelink for endorsement.

8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday
8:00 am to 2:30 pm Friday
Pay and Awards
Heritage Industries has adopted the Business Services Wage Assessment Tool (BSWAT) which will be used in conjunction with the Timber and Allied Industries Award 1999 and the Heritage Industries Incorporated Enterprise Bargaining Agreement. Minimum payment will be the amount specified under the Award for a supported wage or part thereof on a pro-rata basis.
