Elizabeth Eastside Calisthenics Club is a non-profit, Committee run Club. Our classes are held at the Elizabeth East Jr/Pr School in the school gym. Calisthenics is a team sport where girls (and boys) can enjoy fitness and dance, while promoting good posture and development, flexibility and strength through muscle control. Our Club is registered with the Calisthenics Association of South Australia and we compete in the State Competitions
