Alexander Symonds employs approximately 50 staff of whom 13 are Licensed Surveyors, 6 are Graduate Surveyors and 7 possess Associate Diplomas in either Surveying or Cartography. The support staff consists of some employees who have had over 30 years experience within the industry.

The Company has a firm commitment to utilising modern technology and has been at the forefront of the surveying profession in Australia with its application of digital data collection, analysis and presentation procedures, the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) technology, and more recently its Spatial Information Systems processing capabilities.
