If you have held a car licence for more than 2 years, you can udertake driving lessons without a learners permit until you have sufficient skills to pass a driving test. Alternatively, the practical can be completed using the log book system.

It is possible to progress from class CAR to Heavy Combination by completing a 2day "Theory in Lieu Experience", then having practical driving lessons with a suitable driving instructor

All practical training is competency based, which means you will assessed as you are being trained. All instructors are accredited and have considerable experience in all classes of heavy vehicles.

Practical tests are held "in house" by one of our instructors who has the authority from the Department of Transport to conduct all classes of driving tests.
