Dragon boating is a healthy, inexpensive outdoor sport that everyone can enjoy. From its origins in China over 2000 years ago, it is now a major participation sport in more than 56 countries in the world either as a highly competitive sport or a pleasurable social recreation. ACDC is a diverse club with members ranging in age from 9 to over sixty. We are a very friendly, vibrant club with an amazing team spirit which has resulted in lots of family participation. Our 15 juniors are very strong, active members. Their contribution at all levels is exemplary. Come out and give it a try. Beginner's lessons at 10am on Saturdays at Aquatic Reserve, Cnr Bower & Old Port Roads, West Lakes (enter reserve off Bower Road).
