Murray Valley Cheese Company Murray Bridge, currently uses only 40% of the milk it produces on the dairy and won the Weekly Times Milk Quality awards in 2003 and 2004.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE

Our whole milk has only one treatment between the cow and the customer and that is pasteurisation to ensure purity. No fat is removed and it is not homogenised. We do not add anything to our milk.     This full cream milk is 96% fat free & tastes like milk should.

Our Light Milk is 99% fat free and is as fresh as whole milk.

Both milks are packed in recyclable 2ltr and 1ltr plastic bottles.

Murray Valley Cheese Company is HACCP accredited by the Dairy Authority with audits every 6 months.
